
Shipping Policy
Delivery
We provide delivery to both residential and commercial addresses within our designated delivery areas. Our dedicated 3.5T vehicles ensures we can reach locations that may not be accessible by larger lorries. Please be aware that we sometimes carry a trailer extending the length of the vehicle.
Delivery areas are confirmed on the checkout page after entering an address or postcode. In the event of  a miscalculation of a delivery charge we reserve the right to apply the correct charge with consultation with the Customer. The customer will have the right to accept the amended order or cancel the order entirely.
Delivery Process
All deliveries are kerbside only, meaning goods will typically be placed at the front of your property or on your driveway. Our drivers are not authorised to transport goods to back gardens. Deliveries take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with estimated time slots provided where possible. However, these timings are subject to change due to traffic or unforeseen delays. Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the order is transferred to the customer.
One Man Delivery
All deliveries are using a single driver and assistance must be provided if any heavy items need lifting off the vehicle. If nobody is present to help then an additional driver will be required at a cost of 50% of the original charge.
Delivery Areas and Restrictions
 If your postcode is not included in our standard delivery zones, we encourage you to contact us to discuss potential options.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time window shown on the checkout page (usually 1 to 5 working days) Delivery can be requested up to 28 days from the order date. All deliveries are to be completed within 28 days of ordering.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days  OR  7-14 business days (varies by location)
Collection Policy
Customers who prefer to collect their orders can do so from our yard in Costessey, Norwich. NR5 0TD. To ensure security, you must present valid photo ID when collecting goods. If you are paying cash on collection then verification will not be required.
Important Advisory
While we strive to maintain punctual and efficient deliveries, unexpected delays due to extreme weather or logistical issues may occasionally occur. To avoid disruptions, we strongly advise against scheduling tradespeople or construction work until your order has arrived. Sheds2Fencing cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to delivery delays.
